Constructing A Career Path

    Have you ever wondered what it was that you wanted to do when you grew up well this was the career that I wish to have one day is to be a construction manager.What is this career  you might ask your self well you basically would be in charge of everyone in the construction zone that is taking place also reading blue prints and giving everyone a specific order.What i am going to to be going over history about this career ,also followed by what is required to obtain this career,also the position you will have in this career,finally job reflection and outlook.
    First of all here are some facts about this career.It started during the industrial revolution and spiked up after world war 2.Since there was a great demand for consumerism construction management arose to build companies and houses.A great influence in this career was Heery international an English company that redefined construction expertise.
   Secondly i will talk about the requirements for this career.First of all you will need a high school diploma.Followed by associate's and bachelor's degree and experience. If one desires to work in this field,a major in business or business management where economic and business classes are combined.
     Next i will explain a construction managers work environment.In a typical work day they plan, coordinate and supervise their projects.They can either work in an office or the construction site.Their income depends on their education and experiences. These can range from $32,000 to $136,000 annually.
     Finally i am going to present data of this occupation.This occupation is expected to grow 16% in the next 7 years. How does this career benefit the community? Well it helps promote urbanization and growth of cities as well of local busniess.
